Whipped tallow becomes firmer with age and in cooler temps.
Warm temps melt tallow.
Do not leave in hot cars or areas where excessive heat could affect the consistency of your tallow.
Should your tallow melt, Simply pop in the fridge and it will harden, although whips will become a salve in consistency.
